JOB OVERVIEW

We’re looking for a reliable Finance VA to help manage the finances and tracking for our creator team of 100s of creators.

Responsibilities:

- Track all creator deals and payments
- Track how many posts/videos are going out each day
- Track how much we’re spending per creator
- Keep spreadsheets organized and up to date
- Learn and use SideShift to process creator payments
- Accurately pay creators and keep payment records at the end of the month
- Help keep our creator finances organized

Requirements:

- Very comfortable with Google Sheets
- Extremely organized and detail-oriented
- Good with numbers and tracking data
- Reliable and able to work independently
- Willing to work 3–4 hours every day, including weekends
- Quick learner who can learn SideShift and our systems

Pay: $500/month
