JOB OVERVIEW

Role Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Finance & Profit Analyst to help track, organize, and report daily financials for our e-commerce business.

Your main goal is to ensure we have clear, accurate numbers every day so we can make better decisions and stay profitable.

Responsibilities:

Track daily revenue, expenses, and net profit
Reconcile Shopify payouts, bank transactions, and payment processors
Organize and audit costs (COGS, fulfillment, shipping, refunds, fees)
Review supplier and fulfillment invoices for discrepancies
Maintain and update a daily profit tracker (Excel/Google Sheets)
Generate simple weekly financial reports
Assist with QuickBooks setup and maintenance (if applicable)

Requirements
Strong background in accounting, bookkeeping, or finance
Experience with QuickBooks and Excel/Google Sheets
High attention to detail and accuracy
Organized and able to work independently
Good English communication

Bonus (Preferred but not required):

Experience with Shopify or e-commerce businesses
Familiarity with dropshipping or fulfillment workflows

Compensation:

Starting at $3.50–$5.00/hour (based on experience)
