We are looking for a reliable and proactive person to manage the financial operations of our events business.
This role is focused on one thing: making sure all money is tracked, invoiced, collected, and organised properly. You will be responsible for managing Xero, keeping records accurate, and ensuring that nothing is missed.
You will create and send invoices to schools, sponsors, and partners, track all outstanding payments, and follow up consistently until payment is received. You will maintain a simple, clear view of what has been invoiced, what has been paid, and what is still outstanding across multiple events.
You will also support financial workflows across platforms such as Stripe and Airwallex, ensuring all transactions are properly recorded and reconciled.
We are looking for someone with experience using Xero, strong written English, and a high level of organisation and attention to detail. You must be comfortable working independently and taking ownership of your work, including following up on payments in a professional and consistent manner.
This is a full-time remote role. You will work closely with the founder and play a key role in keeping the financial side of the business running cleanly and efficiently.
When applying, please include a short introduction, your experience with Xero, an example of how you have handled invoicing or chasing payments, and your availability.
