Reformly is a rapidly growing international e-commerce brand on a mission to help women become the best versions of themselves and feel confident in their bodies. We achieve this through our studio-quality, soft-minimalist Reformly Pilates Board bundled with our mobile app, offering guided workouts and a highly engaged community.

Operating on a high-performing recurring subscription model, we move fast. Founded in May 2025, we generated $4.3M in international sales in our first 12 months and currently have over 3,500 active subscriptions. We are a young, ambitious team, and we are looking for an A-player to help us scale our operations and optimize our profitability.


The Role: Mission
To take full ownership of Reformly’s financial administration and daily logistics, bringing impeccable accuracy, proactive communication, and structured execution to our processes in order to drive operational efficiency and profitability.


Tasks & Responsibilities
As our Finance & Operations Assistant, you will sit at the intersection of numbers and logistics. Your day-to-day will involve:
- Daily P&L Management: Keeping the daily Profit & Loss statements 100% up-to-date and accurate, with zero backlog.

- Invoice & Cost Auditing: Rigorously checking invoices and cost breakdowns to identify and resolve any discrepancies or errors.

- Data Entry & Calculations: Flawlessly inputting financial data and running ad-hoc cost calculations as needed.

- Order Fulfillment: Seamlessly managing daily order processing.

- Inventory Management: Maintaining an accurate, real-time inventory tracking sheet.

- Structured Reporting: Translating raw data into highly readable, organized updates for management.

- Proactive Issue Flagging: Immediately raising a red flag when processes slow down, numbers are off, or margins are at risk, and proactively bringing solutions.


Expected Outcomes (First 12 Months)
We measure success by results, not just hours worked. In your first year, you are expected to:
1. Drive Profitability: Actively audit cost breakdowns, check invoices for discrepancies, and identify operational efficiencies to help realize a gross margin increase from 70% to 73%.

2. Financial Precision: Maintain a 100?curate, up-to-date Daily P&L and cost calculation spreadsheet, ensuring all data entry is processed flawlessly with zero backlog at the end of each week.

3. Fulfillment & Inventory Mastery: Achieve and maintain an average order-to-delivery time of 12 days or less by taking full ownership of daily fulfillment operations. Guarantee zero stockouts through meticulous inventory tracking.
