JOB OVERVIEW

We are a small CFO and Finance Function OnDemand business based in the UK. We are now seeking a new Part-Time Finance Manager to support our CFO.

The successful candidate will ideally be a Chartered Accountant or equivalent.

We typically work within the SaaS and Tech sectors.

We're now looking for a new Finance Manager who can undertake the following tasks for one specific client:

« Managing the Finance@ email inbox
« Responding to emails as required
« Liaising with customers by email
« Chasing debtors, as required
« Responding to supplier queries
« Handling Payroll questions
« Bookkeeping in XERO
« Bank Reconciliations in XERO
« Raising Customer Invoices in XERO
« Accounts Receivable Reports, delivered weekly
« Processing Supplier Invoices
« Accounts Payable Reports, or processing via Cledara, fortnightly
« Processing Employee Expense Claims, via Cledara
« Payroll administration, monthly in XERO
« VAT returns, quarterly in XERO

We have additional clients and Management Accounting tasks which we are hopeful the successful candidate will be able to support us with on a monthly basis too.
