JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for an experienced Finance Manager / Finance Controller based in the Philippines to oversee day-to-day financial operations and help maintain accurate, organized, and timely financial reporting.

The ideal candidate has strong hands-on experience with QuickBooks, financial management, reconciliations, reporting, and accounting processes. This is a hands-on role for someone who can independently manage financial responsibilities and work closely with leadership.

Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day financial and accounting operations
Maintain and oversee company financial records in QuickBooks
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
Perform bank and account reconciliations
Prepare monthly financial reports and financial statements
Monitor cash flow, expenses, and overall financial activity
Review transactions for accuracy and proper categorization
Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
Identify discrepancies and help resolve accounting issues
Maintain organized and accurate financial documentation
Provide financial insights and reporting to company leadership
Support other finance and accounting projects as needed

Qualifications:

Strong prior experience in a Finance Manager, Financial Controller, Senior Accountant, or similar role
Significant hands-on experience with QuickBooks
Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
Experience managing financial records, reconciliations, AP/AR, and reporting
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple financial responsibilities
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication
Must be based in the Philippines

Must be able to consistently work U.S. business hours
