The Role:
At $1M+/month across multiple brands, financial clarity isn't optional—it's how we make every decision.
We need someone who can manage the financial operations of a fast-moving e-commerce company. That means tracking revenue, expenses, and profitability across brands. Managing cash flow. Coordinating contractor payments for a 40+ person team. Building reports that help leadership make smarter decisions.
This isn't just data entry and bookkeeping. You'll be the person who tells us exactly where the money is going, where we're profitable, where we're bleeding, and what we need to fix. When you do your job well, we make better decisions—and better decisions compound into millions.
What You'll Do:
Manage day-to-day financial operations across multiple brands
Track revenue, expenses, and profitability with clear reporting
Manage cash flow—know where every dollar is and where it's going
Coordinate contractor payments and payroll for 40+ tea
Build and maintain financial dashboards and reports for leadership
Prepare monthly financial summaries and P&L statements
Manage budgets and flag overspending before it becomes a problem
Work with external accountants and bookkeepers as needed
Identify opportunities to reduce costs and improve margins
Support financial planning and forecasting
What We're Looking For:
2+ years of experience in finance, accounting, or financial management
Strong understanding of P&L statements, cash flow, and financial reporting
Experience managing payments and payroll (especially for contractors/remote teams)
Proficient with financial tools and spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets, QuickBooks, Xero, etc.)
Highly organized—you track everything and nothing slips
Detail-oriented—you catch errors before they become problems
Clear communicator—you can explain financial data to non-finance people
Proactive—you flag issues and opportunities without being asked
Bonus Points:
Experience in e-commerce or DTC companies
Familiarity with Shopify financials and payment processors (Stripe, PayPal, etc.)
Background in multi-brand or holding company structures
Experience with financial forecasting and budgeting
You've worked in a fast-paced startup or scaling company

Compensation & Benefits:
Monthly Salary: $1,500/month
Plus:
Monthly performance bonuses tied to company Operating Profit (5-25% of salary)
Quarterly profit pool distribution (2-7.5% of company profits shared among team)
