JOB OVERVIEW

We are a performance-driven e-commerce and D2C operation focused on building and scaling brands. We are looking for a hands-on Finance Manager to take full ownership of our internal finance function. This is a fully remote, full-time role (150 hours/month) with a flexible schedule: no fixed hours, output-focused.

What you will be doing:
Own day-to-day bookkeeping, journals, accruals, prepayments, and accounting entries
Lead month-end close and deliver accurate management accounts on time
Prepare a monthly Finance Package (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, Working Capital, VAT/sales tax summary, variance commentary)
Own all balance sheet reconciliations: bank, payment providers, tax accounts, intercompany, accruals
Manage VAT/sales tax reconciliations and reporting
Act as the main internal point of contact for external accountants, tax advisors, and auditors
Monitor cash position, working capital, and key finance risks
Surface issues early and improve finance processes and internal controls

Requirements:
CPA, ACCA, ACA, or equivalent professional accounting qualification
5+ years of hands-on finance/accounting experience
Strong IFRS knowledge
Solid experience with month-end close, management accounts, and balance sheet reconciliations
Experience with VAT/sales tax reconciliations
Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills
Experience in e-commerce, D2C, or multi-entity businesses is a strong advantage
