THE ROLE
Help keep finance and leadership operations running smoothly by staying organized, owning key tasks, and supporting the team with whatever needs to get done.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
- Support finance operations, including payments, invoices, vendor setup, and recurring admin tasks
- Keep financial records accurate and up to date
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and data for the leadership team
- Support executives with scheduling, meetings, documents, and presentations
- Help with research, special projects, and day-to-day tasks to keep the team moving

WHO YOU ARE
- Studied Finance, Accounting, or a similar field
- 2 years of Finance or Accounting Experience
- Experience working with Executives
- Bonus points if you worked at the Big 4 (not required)
