Rate: $10+/hour, depending on experience
Position: Financial / Accounting Analyst (Remote)

Looking for a Financial / Accounting Analyst to own our reporting, budgeting, and cash flow processes for a growing private club organization. You'll work directly with executive leadership to build clean, structured financials and modernize how we track and present financial data. This is a build-from-scratch role — we need someone who can figure things out independently and create systems that actually get used.

Requirements:
*5+ years of experience in FP&A or strategic finance
*Experience in recurring revenue or membership-based environments (clubs, subscriptions, SaaS, etc.)
*Advanced Excel skills — financial modeling, variance analysis, multi-tab reporting
*Strong understanding of 3-statement financial reporting
*Experience building financial reporting infrastructure from scratch
*Able to present clearly to executives and board-level stakeholders

Nice to Have:
-Background in private clubs, hospitality, or service-based organizations
-Hands-on experience with Jonas Club Software or similar platforms (Clubessential, Northstar, etc.)
-Familiarity with Accounting modules (fixed assets, interim financials, POS reconciliation)
-Experience managing capital projects or multi-year budgets
-Experience automating financial workflows
