WHAT YOU’LL DO

Edit two+ real estate listing videos per day. Videos are sent by 8 PM PST, and all edits must be completed by 8 AM PST.
Occasionally edit real estate event videos, including lunch and learns, awards, and social gatherings, approximately once per week.
Create engaging social media videos. We would love to have one high-quality video per week to showcase our work and brand.
Ensure edits align with client preferences. Some of our clients have specific requests, so attention to detail is key.
Communicate effectively. We will provide feedback and instructions, and you should be open to revisions.
QUALIFICATIONS

Willingness to work in Pacific Standard Time (8 PM to 8 AM PST).
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Basic knowledge of video editing software Final Cut Pro.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
A proactive and detail-oriented approach to tasks.
Reliable high-speed internet connection to ensure smooth communication and timely delivery of media content.
A working laptop capable of handling photo and video editing tasks efficiently.
Backup internet and power solutions to maintain productivity during outages or connectivity issues.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional service and high-quality content to clients.
