JOB OVERVIEW

**Location:** Philippines (Cebu, Visayas, or Mindanao preferred)
**Compensation:** $4–$6 USD per hour, depending on experience

### About the Project

We are launching a nationwide Filipino original song and music video competition with a **minimum ₱175,000 cash prize pool**.

Our mission is to discover talented Filipino singers, songwriters, musicians, and bands who may not have the connections, money, or opportunities to be discovered.

We believe talent exists everywhere, including small towns and underserved communities.

Contestants will create original songs and submit music videos. Simple smartphone recordings are welcome. Professional equipment is not required.

Beyond the competition, we hope to identify promising artists for potential future promotion, music production, and career-development opportunities.

### Your Responsibilities

- Find and contact Filipino singers, songwriters, bands, and independent musicians throughout the Philippines.
- Build relationships with music schools, colleges, local musicians, community organizations, and music groups.
- Encourage legitimate artists to register for the competition.
- Help registered contestants understand the submission process and deadlines.
- Promote the contest through Facebook groups, TikTok, Instagram, and other relevant channels.
- Develop creative grassroots recruitment ideas.
- Maintain a simple spreadsheet tracking outreach, registrations, and completed song submissions.
- Provide weekly progress reports.

### Qualifications

- Based in the Philippines. (I am american coming to your country in late 2026 for another trip my 4th)
- Strong written and spoken English and Filipino.
- Familiarity with Filipino music communities.
- Comfortable communicating with musicians and community organizations.
- Experience in outreach, recruitment, marketing, or community development.
- Organized, self-motivated, and dependable.
- Cebuano/Bisaya language skills are an advantage.

### What Success Looks Like

We want genuine artist registrations and completed, eligible original-song video submissions—not fake accounts, purchased followers, or meaningless social media views.

Our initial goal is to build a nationwide community of artists and ultimately attract approximately 250–500 legitimate song submissions.
