JOB OVERVIEW

We’re looking for a detail-oriented Figma email designer to help turn existing mockups and brand direction into polished, conversion-focused email designs.

This is not a “design from scratch with no direction” role. We already have mockups, references, and a clear visual direction. We need someone who can take that input and create clean, professional email layouts in Figma that are ready for handoff.

What you’ll do
- Design marketing emails in Figma based on provided mockups and references
- Translate rough concepts or static mockups into polished email layouts
- Keep designs clean, modern, and visually consistent with brand guidelines
- Structure emails clearly for conversion, readability, and mobile responsiveness
- Revise designs based on feedback quickly and accurately
- Prepare files in an organized way for developer handoff

What we’re looking for
- Strong Figma skills
- Experience designing email marketing creatives
- Good eye for spacing, hierarchy, typography, and layout
- Able to follow existing brand direction rather than over-designing
- Fast, reliable, and responsive
- Strong attention to detail
- Can work from references/mockups and improve them without drifting off-brief

Nice to have
- Experience with ecommerce or DTC email design
- Understanding of email best practices for desktop and mobile
- Experience working with Klaviyo-style email layouts
- Basic understanding of what makes a design easy to build in HTML email
