We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Designer to join our team full-time. Your main responsibility will be to review our existing Figma project files, select the strongest projects, and transform them into polished, animated case studies for our company website.
What you'll be doing:
You will go through all of our Figma files across past and current projects to identify the best work worth showcasing. For each selected project, you will build a well-structured case study that clearly communicates the design process, UX thinking, and final outcome. Beyond static presentation, you will design supporting graphics and then animate the designs using motion design techniques, primarily in Adobe After Effects, to bring the case studies to life on our website. This includes creating smooth transitions, micro-interactions, scroll-based animations, and visually engaging motion sequences that highlight our design work in the best possible way.
Requirements:
You should have strong UX knowledge and be highly proficient in Figma, including component systems, auto-layout, and prototyping. Solid experience in motion design and animation tools, especially Adobe After Effects, is essential (knowledge of Lottie, Principle, or similar tools is a plus). You need a strong sense of visual design, typography, and layout to create case studies that feel cohesive with our brand. Experience creating case studies or portfolio-style presentations for design projects is highly preferred. You should be able to work independently, manage your own workflow across multiple projects, and communicate clearly about progress and creative decisions.
What we're looking for in a portfolio:
Please include examples of case studies you've built (ideally UX/product design case studies) as well as motion design or animation work, especially anything created in After Effects.
Work Type: Full-time
Tools used: Figma, Adobe After Effects, (optionally Lottie/Principle)
