Job Title: Field Operations Manager (AU/NZ Market Research)
Are you a high-level operations expert who thrives on managing complex logistics and leading remote teams?
TKW Research Group is seeking a results-driven Field Operations Manager to act as the "command Centre" for our national face-to-face data collection operations across Australia and New Zealand. Reporting directly to our CEO and General Manager, you will lead the end-to-end management of large-scale field projects—from recruitment and training to real-time troubleshooting.
This is not a typical Virtual Assistant role; it is an "all-rounder" leadership position designed for a professional who excels at people management and operational oversight in a fast-paced environment.
The Role: What You’ll Be Doing
Workforce Leadership: Manage a geographically dispersed team of field interviewers across various metropolitan areas in Australia and New Zealand.
Operational Oversight: Direct all in-person data collection, including project logistics, complex scheduling, and resource allocation to meet strict client deadlines.
Real-Time Problem Solving: Act as the primary technical and operational support for staff in the field, resolving issues with tablet devices and survey software on the fly.
Quality & Performance: Monitor performance in real-time to ensure benchmarks are met and data validity follows ISO 20252:2019 standards.
Strategic Growth: Collaborate with the executive team to identify new business opportunities and scale the division into new territories.
Who You Are
Exceptional Communicator: You possess "top shelf" written and spoken English, capable of coordinating with high-level stakeholders and international teams.
Proven Leader: You have significant experience managing remote or geographically dispersed workforces.
Logistics Expert: You have a "problem-solving mindset" and can handle shifting priorities, complex rosters, and unpredictable field variables like a pro.
Tech-Savvy: You are highly proficient with mobile devices (Android/iOS) and project management tools.
Position Details & Benefits
Location: Fully Remote (Philippines-based).
Hours: Flexibility is required to match Australian/NZ time zones (e.g., early starts); the role operates 7 days a week during active field periods.
Compensation: Up to USD 12.50 per hour, depending on skill level and demonstrated experience (reviewed after 6 months).
Support & Scaling: You will receive direct training from the CEO and GM. Once you are proficient and autonomous, we will employ a Virtual Assistant to support you, allowing you to focus on strategic division growth.
How to Apply (Phase 1)
To ensure you have a high attention to detail, please follow these instructions carefully:
1. Send your resume and a brief cover letter
2. Use the Subject Line: Field Manager - Melbourne
3. Include a brief paragraph (max 100 words) explaining your experience managing remote teams.
Note: Applications that do not follow the subject line instruction will not be considered.
