JOB OVERVIEW

Hey! We're starting an iceberg YouTube channel and looking for a female voice actor to work with us long term.

ABOUT THE CONTENT
We cover iceberg videos about different communities, exploring lesser-known stories and topics. Some scripts can be disturbing or graphic, so you should be comfortable reading that kind of material. Let us know if there are subjects you would rather avoid.

THE ROLE
• Record natural voiceovers for videos around 60-90 minutes long.
• A clear American or British accent is preferred.
• Deliver clean audio with clear pronunciation, steady pacing and minimal background noise.
• Communicate on ---------- and meet agreed deadlines.

PAY
Starting pay is $30 per completed voiceover. The rate may increase as the channel grows.

EXPECTED WORKLOAD
We're just starting out, so scaling up may take time. Initially, expect about one voiceover every two weeks, around 2 per month.
Our future target is one video per week, around 4-5 voiceovers per month. As we grow, we may increase to one video every three days, around 10 per month.
We're looking for someone to work with us consistently over the long term. Future volume depends on how the channel grows.

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
A female voice actor with strong English narration skills, preferably an American or British accent, a decent microphone and a quiet place to record. Experience with long-form narration is a plus.
