About Us
SSP Digital Marketing is a U.S.-based digital marketing agency specializing exclusively in helping concrete coatings contractors grow their businesses. Since 2019, we've built deep expertise in this niche, and we're proud to work with contractors across the country to generate leads and grow their revenue through targeted paid advertising and proven marketing strategies.
As we continue to grow, we're looking for a driven and organized Sales Development Representative to join our team and help us convert our pipeline into booked appointments.
About the Role
This is a remote, full-time SDR position. Your primary job is simple but important: call new inbound leads, qualify them, and set appointments with our Sales Person. Beyond that, you'll work our existing lead database — following up with past prospects, keeping records updated, and moving people forward until they're either booked, scheduled for future follow-up, or disqualified. You will also monitor our social media pages for comments + DM's and work to turn those into leads.
As you grow in the role, you'll also take on cold outreach — researching potential prospects and running cold
We are looking for someone who enjoys “the hunt” of finding qualified prospects and does not get discouraged when making calls.
Responsibilities
Call new inbound leads promptly and qualify them over the phone
Set qualified leads for appointments with Sales Person
Work through existing leads in our CRM and continue follow-up sequences
Keep CRM data accurate and up to date after every interaction
Monitor Social Media Pages for Comments + DM's - Turn them into leads
Disqualify and remove leads that are no longer a fit
Eventually: research cold prospects and execute cold
What We're Looking For
1–3 years of experience in an SDR, appointment setting, or outbound sales role
Confident, clear, and professional English communication (spoken and written)
Experience working U.S. business hours
Comfortable making cold and warm calls to business owners
Organized and self-motivated — you manage your own pipeline and follow-through
Go High Level (GHL) experience strongly preferred — we run our entire pipeline through GHL and candidates familiar with the platform will have a significant advantage
Familiarity with cold
