About the Role

We are looking for a confident, attractive, highly presentable female Filipino content creator/influencer to become recurring on-camera talent for several growing B2C lifestyle and professional brands in the Philippines.

This is more than simply posting sponsored content. We want someone who can naturally communicate on camera, make people stop scrolling, and deliver short-form content that feels credible, aspirational, relatable, and native to TikTok/Reels — not like a scripted corporate commercial.

This can become a long-term monthly partnership with consistent paid content.

Requirements:

Female, 18+
Based in the Philippines
Minimum 15,000 followers on at least one established social platform
Active presence on TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, or YouTube
Attractive, polished, camera-ready appearance
Strong personality and natural on-camera presence
Fluent/conversational English; Tagalog/Taglish strongly preferred
Comfortable representing both lifestyle and professional/service brands
Able to deliver scripted talking-head videos naturally
Comfortable filming UGC-style content in cafés, malls, offices, condos, lifestyle locations, etc.
Smartphone capable of high-quality 4K vertical video
Good lighting and clear audio
Reliable with deadlines and responsive to feedback
Able to provide original, unwatermarked video files

Cebu and Manila creators are especially encouraged to apply.

Content

Typical assignments will be short 15–45 second vertical videos for:

TikTok, Instagram Reels, Facebook/Meta Ads, YouTube Shorts, websites and other digital campaigns.

We provide the concept, hook, talking points/script, brand direction and examples. You bring the personality and execute it naturally.

Content may include talking-head videos, UGC advertisements, lifestyle scenes, product/service explanations, professional spokesperson content, trends, hooks and short educational videos.

Compensation

We are open to two structures:

Monthly Creator Partnership — Up to ₱20,000/month
A mutually agreed number of videos/content pieces each month.

Per-Video — Negotiable
For creators who prefer individual paid projects.

Strong performers may receive additional campaigns, bonuses, increased monthly volume and long-term recurring work.

Final rates and deliverable counts will depend on audience quality, engagement, production quality, experience and whether posting to your own audience is included.

Important: Followers Aren't Enough

We require 15,000+ followers, but we're much more interested in real engagement and audience quality than inflated follower counts.

We will review follower authenticity, average views, comments, engagement, audience geography and previous content.

Please do not apply with purchased/fake followers or engagement.
