JOB OVERVIEW

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a professional, compassionate, and highly organized Client Care Coordinator / Care Liaison to join our growing U.S.-based care services team.
This is a full-time, long-term work-from-home position for someone with excellent English communication skills who enjoys helping people, following up, resolving concerns, and making sure clients receive consistent support.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Handle inbound and primarily outbound calls with clients, families, Care Providers, and other contacts.
- Assist with client concerns, updates, follow-ups, and ongoing care needs.
- Coordinate information and follow-ups with internal departments.
- Monitor active cases and help ensure continuity of service.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of calls, updates, and follow-ups.
- Build positive and professional relationships with clients, families, Care Providers, and other contacts.
- Proactively identify concerns or pending matters and make sure they are properly followed through.

WE'RE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO
- Has excellent spoken and written English.
- Is confident and comfortable handling both inbound and primarily outbound phone calls.
- Has previous experience in BPO, customer service, client support, healthcare support, or a similar role.
- Communicates naturally and professionally and is comfortable speaking with U.S.-based clients.
- Is compassionate, patient, organized, and attentive to detail.
- Has strong follow-up skills and does not need constant reminders to complete responsibilities.
- Is proactive, dependable, and takes ownership of assigned tasks.
- Can handle difficult conversations and concerns professionally.
- Is comfortable working independently while coordinating with a team.

WORK REQUIREMENTS
- Must be available to work full-time on a U.S. PST/PDT schedule.
- Must not currently be employed part-time or full-time.
- Must be able to start immediately.
- Must have a reliable laptop or desktop computer.
- Must have a reliable high-speed internet connection.
- Must have a quiet and distraction-free workspace.
- Must be comfortable being on camera throughout the work shift via Google Meet for attendance and collaboration purposes.
- Must have a reliable backup internet and power source, or be willing to acquire one.
- Noise-cancelling headset is preferred.
