JOB OVERVIEW

We are Leichtkraut, a growing health and wellness brand from Germany.

We sell a natural herbal supplement, and our customers write to us every

day. Warmth and patience matter more to us than speed.

IMPORTANT: This position is for women only.

THE ROLE

- Answer customer support emails

- Handle order status, shipping questions, refunds and returns in Shopify

- Keep our warm, calm and friendly tone in every single reply

- Full-time, long-term

PAY AND GROWTH

- You start at $6/hour

- You can work your way up to $10/hour with us

- This is real, not a line on paper. We would rather pay one excellent

person $10 than three average ones $6. If you are good, you will move up.

HOW TO APPLY
