JOB OVERVIEW

Hi! I'm Ewald, founder of a German brand in the football and streetwear
space. We make design-driven apparel for amateur football clubs. Every
club has its own story, and its clothing should feel like it.

In 2027 we're launching our first streetwear line, and I'm looking for
a TALENT: a fashion designer who can turn ideas into great-looking
garments and who wants to grow with us.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Turn ideas and references into garment designs (hoodies, jackets,
tracksuits, jerseys)
- Create realistic visualizations and mockups of the pieces
- Refine designs together with me until they're right

MUST-HAVE
- Portfolio with clothing designs and garment visualizations/mockups
- Great taste: you get streetwear and modern sportswear
- Confident with Adobe Illustrator and/or Photoshop (or similar tools)
- Good English and reliable communication

BIG BONUS
- Technical flats and tech packs (measurements, fabrics, construction)
- 3D garment tools like CLO 3D
- Knowledge of fabrics and materials

LATER ON (if you want)
Getting involved in sourcing and working with manufacturers.

HOW WE WORK
We start with paid gigs. If it's a great fit, there's a real path to a
long-term role. Talent matters more to me than years of experience.
