JOB OVERVIEW

We are launching KAISYN, a luxury-minimal streetwear brand focused on clean, elevated essentials such as hoodies, sweatshirts, tees, and sweat sets. We are looking for a skilled Fashion Apparel Designer who also understands technical flats and production-ready tech packs.

The ideal candidate should be able to create clean, minimal, modern silhouettes similar to Fear of God Essentials, Represent, and other premium lifestyle brands. You must understand garment construction and be able to prepare files that manufacturers can follow accurately.

Responsibilities include:
– Creating flat sketches (front, back, side)
– Developing production-ready tech packs
– Adding measurements, size grading, stitching notes, fabric callouts, and trims
– Creating simple mockups for visualization
– Working from a mood board and clear brand direction
– Communicating consistently and meeting deadlines

We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented, understands modern streetwear aesthetics, and can work with us long-term as the brand grows. You must be able to produce original work (no template editing or copied designs).
