We are looking for a Fan Community Manager who is already familiar with Leroy Sanchez and his music to help grow and activate his global fan community online.
Leroy has a passionate fanbase around the world, and we are looking for someone who understands that fan engagement is built through community, interaction, and creativity — not just posting content.
This role focuses on activating fans, encouraging participation, and helping fan content spread organically across social media platforms.
Responsibilities
• Engage with Leroy Sanchez fan communities across social media (TikTok, Instagram, X/Twitter, YouTube, etc.)
• Identify and connect with active fan accounts and fan community leaders
• Encourage fan-generated content (edits, covers, reactions, etc.)
• Help organize fan activities such as listening parties, hashtag campaigns, and online fan events
• Monitor trends and conversations within Leroy’s fandom
• Support the growth of organic engagement around new releases and content
• Share insights about fan behavior and trending content
Requirements
• Must already be familiar with Leroy Sanchez and his music
• Active on social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, X/Twitter, YouTube)
• Strong understanding of how online fan communities work
• Fluent in English and with a plus if speaking Spanish too. Not fully required.
• Passionate about music and digital culture
• Organized, proactive, and creative
Bonus if you:
• Have previously managed or participated in fan communities
• Have experience running fan accounts or community pages
• Understand music release cycles and online fan engagement
