JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for an exceptional Executive Assistant & Personal Operations Manager to become a trusted right-hand partner in supporting a busy executive, family, and growing business, and well as social media skills for video and reel making in IG. story telling ability.

This is not a traditional executive assistant position. It is a dynamic role for someone who enjoys variety, takes initiative, and thrives on making life run smoothly. You'll help manage both business and personal responsibilities, allowing the executive to focus on leading the company while knowing that day-to-day operations are handled with excellence.

Every day will be different. One day you may be coordinating projects, following up with tea ---------- mbers, managing calendars, or planning travel. The next, you may be scheduling home repairs, organizing household systems, coordinating family activities, researching solutions

We're looking for someone who naturally asks, "What can I take off your plate today?" and enjoys solving problems before they become problems.

This position will begin part time with the goal of growing into a full-time, long-term role for the right person. As responsibilities expand and trust is established, there will be opportunities for increased hours and compensation.

If you are highly organized, proactive, resourceful, trustworthy, and love creating order in a family/business, we'd love to hear from you.

We are looking for someone that also can be on facetime and work during USA California Pacific time hours as well. because of the job description, much face to face contact via zoom/internet will need to be done during the job, so hours will need to be flexible to meet this. We also would like someone with a high level of fluent english since communicating with different people will be very often
