Job Description
As a Family Law Paralegal, you will play a key role in supporting our attorneys and clients throughout the divorce and custody process. You’ll manage case files, draft documents, and ensure that every client feels supported with professionalism and care.
Key Responsibilities
• Draft and prepare legal documents such as pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and correspondence.
• Conduct legal research and summarize findings for attorney review.
• Organize and maintain case files, ensuring all deadlines are tracked and met.
• Assist with trial preparation, including exhibits and witness lists.

• Provide general administrative support to attorneys as needed.
Qualifications
• Experience in family law (divorce, custody, child support, or related legal fields) is strongly preferred, but we will also consider candidates with solid paralegal or legal assistant experience in other practice areas.
• At least 2+ years of paralegal or legal assistant experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and CMS.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion, professionalism, and integrity.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision.
Work Schedule
• Full-time (40 hours per week).
• Must be available to work during U.S. Eastern Standard Time (EST) business hours for team coordination.
