JOB OVERVIEW

We are hiring a resourceful, data-driven Social Media & Growth Manager to fully operate and grow a faceless social media brand.

This is not simply a “post three times per day” position. Your job is to manage the entire audience-growth system:

**Content → Followers → Website Visitors → Email Leads → Community Members → Customers**

You will research content, create or coordinate production, publish daily, engage with the audience, analyze performance and help convert social media attention into an audience we own through our website and funnel.

## The Goal

Your primary goal is to build a large, engaged audience around the brand and move qualified followers from social platforms into our owned ecosystem.

You will be responsible for improving:

* Reach and video views
* Followers and follower-conversion rate
* Shares, saves, comments and watch time
* Profile visits
* Website clicks
* Email subscribers
* Community members
* Leads and sales generated through the funnel

We are looking for someone who wants ownership of measurable results—not someone who only wants to complete a checklist.

## Platforms You May Manage

Depending on the brand, you may manage:

* Instagram
* TikTok
* YouTube Shorts
* Facebook
* Pinterest
* Telegram or another private community
* The brand’s website, landing pages and email funnel

Content will normally be created once and adapted properly for each platform.

## Core Responsibilities

### 1. Develop and Manage the Content Strategy

You will:

* Research the target audience, competitors, trends and content gaps.
* Identify the audience’s problems, desires, questions and buying motivations.
* Develop recurring content series that make the brand recognizable.
* Build a 30-, 60- and 90-day content calendar.
* Plan content around growth, trust, lead generation and monetization.
* Maintain a balanced mix of educational, entertaining, emotional, relatable and promotional content.
* Create content that can grow beyond a small niche and support a brand with one million or more followers.
* Recommend new formats, offers and funnel improvements based on audience behavior.

### 2. Research and Source Content

You must be able to consistently find strong content ideas without waiting for the owner to tell you what to post.

You will:

* Monitor relevant creators, communities, publications and trending conversations.
* Research high-performing topics, hooks, formats and audience questions.
* Study comments and reviews to identify pain points and content ideas.
* Maintain a content idea bank with sources, angles, hooks and recommended CTAs.
* Find usable stock footage, public-domain material, brand-owned assets and properly licensed media.
* Request written permission before reposting creator-owned material when required.
* Maintain a source and permission log.
* Avoid stolen, watermarked, low-resolution or legally questionable content.
* Verify factual claims through credible primary sources.

### 3. Create High-Quality Faceless Content

You will create or manage the production of:

* Short-form videos
* Reels
* TikToks
* YouTube Shorts
* Carousels
* Static posts
* Stories
* Polls and engagement posts
* Lead-generation content
* Promotional content

Each short-form video should include:

1. A strong first-frame hook
2. Immediate context
3. A valuable, entertaining or emotional payoff
4. Clear on-screen captions
5. Clean pacing and professional audio
6. A relevant cover headline
7. One specific call to action

You should be comfortable using tools such as:

* CapCut
* Canva
* Adobe Premiere Pro or similar software
* Google Drive
* ChatGPT or other approved AI tools
* Meta Business Suite
* Native platform scheduling tools
* Project-management software

AI may help accelerate research and production, but content must still feel intentional, accurate and human.

### 4. Publish and Optimize Daily

You will:

* Publish consistently according to the approved schedule.
* Prepare platform-specific captions, covers, titles, keywords and hashtags.
* Adapt each post to the platform instead of uploading identical, watermarked files everywhere.
* Select appropriate audio without creating copyright problems.
* Tag sources, contributors and collaborators correctly.
* Review every post for spelling, factual accuracy, visual quality and brand consistency.
* Monitor scheduled posts to confirm they publish successfully.
* Update the content calendar with live post URLs.
* Keep a minimum seven-day buffer of approved content.

The expected starting production goal may be up to:

* Three high-quality short-form videos per day
* Daily Stories
* Several supporting carousels or static posts per week
* Weekly lead-generation and funnel content

Quality must remain high. Posting volume is not an excuse for weak hooks, stolen content or careless editing.

### 5. Manage Community Engagement

You will:

* Respond to relevant comments and direct messages in the approved brand voice.
* Engage with early comments immediately after publishing.
* Ask intelligent follow-up questions that encourage conversation.
* Pin useful or engaging comments.
* Welcome new community members.
* Identify frequently asked questions that can become future content.
* Build relationships with creators and potential collaborators.
* Leave meaningful comments on relevant accounts.
* Remove spam and moderate harmful comments.
* Escalate legal threats, ownership complaints, sensitive issues or serious customer concerns.

You must never argue emotionally, insult followers or create unnecessary controversy.

### 6. Build the Owned-Audience Funnel

Social media followers are valuable, but the business must also build an audience it owns.

You will help move followers through this path:

**Social content → Profile → Website → Landing page → Email opt-in → Community → Offer**

Your responsibilities include:

* Making sure the profile clearly communicates who the page serves and why people should follow.
* Maintaining the bio link and ensuring it leads to the correct page.
* Creating content that naturally sends qualified viewers to the website.
* Testing lead magnets, headlines, calls to action and landing-page positioning.
* Confirming forms, emails, buttons and thank-you pages work correctly.
* Coordinating with developers when a technical change is required.
* Tracking website clicks, opt-ins and funnel conversion rates.
* Helping organize email subscribers and community members by source.
* Recommending improvements when social traffic is not converting.

You do not need to be an advanced web developer, but you must understand funnels and be able to identify when something is broken or underperforming.

### 7. Create Promise-Specific Calls to Action

Do not place several unrelated CTAs in one post.

Each post should have one primary action connected to the value promised in the content.

Examples:

* “Follow this page for daily strategies that help you accomplish [specific result].”
* “Save this so you can use the steps when you are ready.”
* “Send this to someone struggling with [specific problem].”
* “Get the free [lead magnet] through the link in our bio.”
* “Join our email list so you do not miss the next update.”
* “Visit the website for the complete guide.”

You will track which CTA language creates the most followers, website clicks and email opt-ins.

### 8. Track Performance and Improve the Strategy

Every post must be treated as a test.

You will track performance at approximately 24 hours and seven days, including:

* Views and reach
* Average watch time
* Retention or completion rate
* Shares
* Saves
* Comments
* Profile visits
* New followers
* Follows per 1,000 views
* Website clicks
* Email opt-ins
* Community joins
* Leads and sales, when trackable

You will identify:

* Winning topics
* Winning hooks
* Winning formats
* Strongest recurring series
* Best posting times
* Highest-converting CTAs
* Content that produces views but fails to produce followers
* Content that attracts followers but fails to generate leads

When a post wins, you should quickly create new variations using different hooks, examples, angles or audience segments. Do not simply repost the identical file.

### 9. Submit Weekly Reports

Every week, you will submit a clear report containing:

* Number of posts published
* Total views and reach
* Net follower growth
* Follows per 1,000 views
* Website clicks
* Email subscribers generated
* Community members generated
* Leads and sales attributed to social media
* Top five posts and why they performed
* Bottom five posts and why they underperformed
* Tests completed
* Lessons learned
* Next week’s content plan
* Problems requiring the owner’s decision
* Current number of approved posts in the content buffer

Reports should explain what the numbers mean and what should happen next.

## First 30-Day Priorities

During your first month, you will be expected to:

### Week 1: Audit and Setup

* Review the brand, audience, offer and existing accounts.
* Audit previous content and performance.
* Research at least 10 relevant competitors.
* Confirm the target customer and brand promise.
* Optimize the profile, biography, profile image and link.
* Review the website and funnel for broken links or confusing messaging.
* Create an organized content calendar and asset system.
* Establish baseline performance metrics.

### Week 2: Launch the Content System

* Establish recurring content series.
* Begin the approved publishing schedule.
* Create an approved library of hooks, CTAs and cover styles.
* Build at least a seven-day content buffer.
* Begin daily engagement and outreach.

### Week 3: Test and Improve

* Compare topics, hooks, lengths, CTAs and posting times.
* Identify early winners.
* Produce variations of winning content.
* Improve underperforming profile and funnel elements.

### Week 4: Report and Scale

* Present the first complete monthly report.
* Recommend what should be increased, reduced, changed or eliminated.
* Present the following month’s strategy and content calendar.
* Create a plan for increasing followers, website traffic and email subscribers.

## Required Qualifications

You should apply if you:

* Have experience managing and growing social media accounts.
* Understand short-form video strategy and retention.
* Can edit professional vertical videos.
* Can create content without showing your face.
* Can write strong hooks, captions and calls to action.
* Understand the difference between views, followers, leads and customers.
* Understand basic website funnels and email lead generation.
* Can interpret analytics and make decisions from the data.
* Are organized and can manage a high-volume content calendar.
* Can independently research topics and verify facts.
* Communicate clearly in written English.
* Can follow detailed SOPs while still thinking independently.
* Are reliable, proactive and comfortable being measured by results.
* Have dependable internet access and a computer capable of video editing.

## Preferred Qualifications

These are helpful but not mandatory:

* Experience growing a page from zero.
* Experience managing a faceless brand or theme page.
* Experience with Instagram, TikTok and YouTube Shorts.
* Experience creating lead magnets or email opt-in campaigns.
* Experience using website builders or funnel software.
* Experience with email marketing platforms.
* Experience managing Telegram, ---------- or another private community.
* Experience coordinating creators, editors or other contractors.
* Basic understanding of conversion-rate optimization.
* Familiarity with UTM links, pixels and website analytics.

## Performance Standards

Your work will be evaluated based on:

* Consistency and reliability
* Content quality
* Hook and retention performance
* Follower growth
* Follows generated per 1,000 views
* Shares and saves
* Website traffic
* Email subscriber growth
* Community growth
* Funnel conversion
* Accuracy and brand safety
* Ability to find and repeat winning content
* Quality of reporting and recommendations

No ethical manager can guarantee viral growth or a specific number of followers. However, you will be expected to consistently test, measure, learn and improve the performance of the brand.

## What This Position Is Not

This position is not a fit if you:

* Need the owner to provide every content idea.
* Only know how to repost other people’s videos.
* Believe success means posting without reviewing analytics.
* Use fake followers, engagement bots or spam tactics.
* Ignore copyright, permissions or content ownership.
* Frequently miss deadlines.
* Disappear when you encounter a problem.
* Cannot explain why a post succeeded or failed.
* Are unwilling to be accountable for measurable outcomes.
* Performance review period: First 30 days
* Long-term opportunity available for a high-performing manager

Because social media operates seven days per week, scheduled publishing and community coverage must be planned in advance. The exact working schedule and weekend expectations will be discussed during the interview.

## How to Apply

Submit an application containing all of the following:

1. A short introduction explaining why you are a strong fit.
2. Links to social media accounts you have personally managed.
3. Screenshots or reports showing measurable results.
4. Your exact responsibilities for each account.
5. A link to three short-form videos you personally created or managed.
6. Your experience with websites, funnels, email lists or online communities.
7. The tools you use for research, editing, scheduling and reporting.
8. Your expected monthly salary in USD.
9. Your internet speed and computer specifications.
10. Your earliest available start date.

Please also answer these questions:

* If a Reel receives many views but almost no new followers, what would you investigate?
* How would you turn one successful Reel into five new pieces of content?
* How would you move followers from Instagram or TikTok onto an email list?
* How do you legally and ethically source content for a faceless page?
* What metrics would you include in your weekly report?
* What would you do if you discovered that a scheduled website link was broken?
* What would your first seven days in this position look like?

Begin your application with the exact words:

**“I KNOW THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN ATTENTION AND OWNERSHIP.”**

Applications that do not begin with this sentence may not be reviewed.

## Final Interview

After submitting your complete application, schedule your Zoom interview here:

----------

Only schedule an interview after submitting the requested information. Be prepared to discuss your previous work, explain your growth strategy and complete a short practical evaluation.

We are looking for someone who can become the trusted operator of an entire faceless brand—not simply another person who posts content.
