JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a skilled Facebook campaign Launcher to join our team and take charge of launching, managing, and optimizing ad funnels for health, beauty, and general consumer products. This role requires someone with hands-on experience in Facebook Ads Manager, who understands how to set up campaigns, launch creative assets (image and video ads), and continuously optimize performance.

Responsibilities:

- Plan, set up, and launch campaigns for health, beauty, and general consumer products.
- Create and manage campaigns inside Facebook Ads Manager.
- Upload, test, and optimize image and video ads.
- Monitor campaign performance and make data-driven adjustments.
- Launch new ads and refresh creatives when necessary to maintain performance.
- Stay up-to-date with Facebook advertising policies, trends, and best practices.

Requirements:

- Proven experience in Facebook Ads Manager (campaign setup, management, and optimization).
- Strong knowledge of funnel launching and digital ad strategy.
- Experience working with health, beauty, or consumer products is a plus.
- Ability to analyze campaign performance and implement improvements.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and communication skills.
- Self-starter who can work independently and manage multiple campaigns at once.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience with ad creative testing (A/B testing).
- Understanding of eCommerce funnels and conversion optimization.
- Familiarity with other advertising platforms is a bonus.
