About the role

We are looking for a high-quality Facebook Ads Media Buyer who can launch, manage, optimize, and scale campaigns professionally.
This is not a beginner role. We expect clean setups, smart decisions, and consistent execution.

Quality > speed. Results > excuses.

Responsibilities

Build and launch Facebook/Meta ad campaigns (ABO & CBO)

Create well-structured ad sets (targeting, budgets, placements, exclusions)

Launch ads with correct tracking and naming conventions

Daily optimization (cut losers, scale winners, protect performance)

Apply clear scaling strategies (horizontal & vertical)

Maintain a daily performance log (Google Sheets)

Communicate actions clearly: what was changed, why, and next steps

Requirements (STRICT)

Proven experience running Facebook ads for e-commerce

Strong understanding of key metrics: CTR, CPC, CPM, CPA, ROAS

Knows how to test creatives properly

Knows how to scale without breaking performance

Detail-oriented (no sloppy setups, no guessing)

Reliable, disciplined, and consistent

Fluent English communication

Nice to have

Shopify experience

Experience with UGC-style creatives

Experience managing multiple campaigns simultaneously

Tools

Meta Ads Manager

Google Sheets

Slack / ---------- (communication)
