JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a Video Editor who specializes in creating Facebook ad creatives for our e-commerce products. You will receive the product, research similar ad content online, download and structure the footage, and edit high-performing videos in CapCut designed to maximize sales.

Requirements:

Prior experience creating Facebook Ads (must show examples of past ad creatives).

Strong understanding of direct-response marketing and what makes videos convert.

Skilled in CapCut (or similar editing tools).

Ability to find, cut, and adapt content from various sources while keeping edits compliant with ad platform policies.

Creative eye for pacing, captions, hooks, and formatting for different placements (feed, Reels, stories).

Reliable internet connection and a personal computer.

Self-motivated and capable of delivering fast, high-quality edits.

Expectations:

Work with multiple product angles and variations.

Flexible schedule but responsive to deadlines.

Willing to iterate on creatives until they perform.
