About Us
Structure Flows is a service built around providing reliable Facebook advertising infrastructure to media buyers and agencies who depend on clean, stable setups to run their operations. We supply Business Managers, ad accounts, profiles, and Pages, and we handle all of our client communication and delivery through ---------- . As we continue to grow, we need someone who can step in and take ownership of the client-facing delivery process while helping us stay organized behind the scenes.
The Role
We're looking for someone who genuinely understands Facebook infrastructure, not just from an advertising perspective, but from a structural one. You'll be the person our clients interact with when their orders are being prepared and delivered, so you need to be able to speak confidently about Business Managers, profiles, Pages, and account health. On a day-to-day basis, you'll be delivering completed structures to clients through our ---------- server, answering their questions, walking them through setups when needed, and making sure every delivery is logged and tracked properly in our internal dashboard.
This is a daily role that requires your attention seven days a week. On most days you can expect to spend somewhere between two and four hours on tasks and communication, though some days will be lighter depending on order volume and client activity. It's not a traditional nine-to-five position, but it does require consistency. Clients expect timely responses and deliveries don't pause for weekends, so we need someone who can commit to being available and responsive every single day.
What We're Looking For
The most important thing is that you have real, hands-on experience with Facebook's advertising infrastructure. You should know what goes into building and maintaining a Business Manager, how profiles function within that ecosystem, and what makes a structure more or less likely to survive long-term. If you've worked in an agency environment, managed multiple BMs, or been involved in any kind of account provisioning or recovery work, that's exactly the background we're after. On top of that, you need to be a clear and professional communicator, since you'll be talking to clients daily through ---------- and everything you say reflects on us. Strong written English is a must.
Beyond Facebook knowledge, we strongly prefer candidates who are already comfortable using ---------- in a work or community support setting, who can navigate Google Sheets without needing hand-holding, and who have experience with project management tools like ClickUp. None of these are dealbreakers on their own, but if you already know your way around all three, you'll hit the ground running much faster.
How to Apply
We want to see three things from you, and please include them in this order.
Start with a short motivation letter where you tell us why this role interests you and what makes you a good fit for Structure Flows specifically. We're not looking for something overly formal here, just give us a genuine sense of who you are and why you want in.
After that, include your resume along with any relevant past work experience. If you' ---------- worked with Facebook infrastructure, agency operations, or client delivery in any capacity, make sure that's clearly highlighted.
Finally, and this is the part that matters most, we need you to answer a short knowledge check in your own words. Explain what a Business Manager is and what an advertising profile is, and then walk us through how you would personally go about building a strong Facebook structure that minimizes the risk of getting banned. We use this section to filter out applicants who don't actually have the experience they claim. If your answer is vague or clearly pulled from a Google search, we'll know. But if you genuinely understand this space, this is your chance to stand out.
Applications that are missing any of these three sections will not be reviewed. We'd rather hear from fewer people who actually know what they're talking about than sift through a hundred generic applications.
Thank you for reading all until the end.
Kind regards,
Neal Amand
