Part-Time Facebook Marketplace & Groups Virtual Assistant (Deal Sourcing & Messaging)

???? Job Description

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Virtual Assistant to help source and engage with opportunities across Facebook Marketplace and Facebook Groups.

This role involves identifying potential buying and selling opportunities, initiating conversations, and organizing leads in a structured way.

This is a part-time role (2 days per week) with the potential to expand over time.

???? Responsibilities
Search Facebook Marketplace and relevant Facebook Groups for specific opportunities (training provided)
Identify listings that meet defined criteria (price, demand, availability, etc.)
Message sellers or buyers using provided templates
Track all opportunities, conversations, and outcomes in a Google Sheet
Flag high-quality opportunities for review
Assist with posting listings when needed

Thursday & Friday only
2–4 hours per day
Flexible timing (async work is OK, no strict overlap required)
???? Compensation
$4–$8/hour depending on experience
Opportunity for performance-based bonuses based on results

Experience using Facebook Marketplace and/or Facebook Groups
Strong written English (for messaging)
High attention to detail
Organized and reliable
Ability to follow instructions and execute consistently

Experience with online reselling, ticketing, or marketplaces
Familiarity with negotiating or handling online transactions
Experience working as a Virtual Assistant
