About Us:
We're a U.S.-based digital marketing agency helping small home service businesses grow through SEO, websites, and paid ads. We're looking for a skilled Part-Time Ads Specialist to join our team and manage both Meta and Google ad campaigns for our clients.
Responsibilities:
Set up, manage, and optimize
Set up, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, and Local Service Ads).
Write and test ad copy, headlines, and descriptions for home service businesses.
Build and manage Meta audiences including custom audiences, lookalikes, and retargeting.
Monitor campaign performance daily and make data-driven adjustments to improve results.
A/B test ad creatives, copy variations, and audience targeting.
Track and report on key metrics (CPL, ROAS, CTR, CPC, Cost Per Conversion) and provide weekly performance updates.
Coordinate with our team inside GoHighLevel (GHL) to ensure leads are flowing correctly into the CRM.
Requirements:
Proven experience running both
Strong understanding of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads platform.
Experience with lead generation campaigns specifically for local service businesses.
Ability to write compelling ad copy in English.
Familiarity with Google Local Service Ads (LSAs)
Familiarity with GoHighLevel or similar CRM platforms
Good English communication skills — written and verbal.
Able to work USA Business Hours
