At Aesthetic Influence, we help medspas, dermatology clinics, and aesthetic practices scale revenue, attract high-value patients, and build high-performing systems.

We combine paid media, sales systems, AI-powered automation, and marketing strategy to drive real business growth — not just leads.

You will be responsible for planning, launching, and optimizing high-converting Meta ad campaigns for medspa and aesthetic clients.

???? Responsibilities
Plan, launch, and manage Facebook & Instagram ad campaigns
Build and test ad creatives, copy, and hooks
Optimize campaigns based on:
CPL
ROAS
Conversion rates
Analyze performance and scale winning campaigns
Work closely with:
Creative team (ads, videos, graphics)
Funnel/landing page team
Set up tracking (Meta Pixel, events, etc.)
Identify new angles, audiences, and scaling opportunities

???? What We’re Looking For
Proven experience in Facebook Ads / Meta Ads (2+ years)

Strong understanding of:
Lead generation funnels
Conversion tracking
Retargeting strategies

Experience with:
High-ticket offers (preferred)
Medspa / aesthetics / health niche (a plus)

Ability to:
Read data and make decisions fast
Test aggressively and optimize efficiently
Strong communication skills (English)

Experience with:

UGC-style ad creatives

Understanding of:
Consultation-based sales funnels
