JOB OVERVIEW

Monthly Budget: $1,500 USD
Employment Type: Full-Time
Work Arrangement: Remote
Schedule: Performance-focused

About the Role

WM Brands is looking for an experienced, results-driven Facebook Media Buyer to manage and scale Meta advertising campaigns across our eCommerce brands, including QBounce.

We need someone who understands profitable customer acquisition, creative testing, campaign optimization, and scaling. This is not a role for someone who simply launches ads and checks metrics. We need a media buyer who takes ownership of performance, makes data-driven decisions, identifies opportunities, and consistently works to improve results.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, launch, manage, and optimize Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns through Meta Ads Manager.

Manage campaign budgets and work toward profitable revenue growth and customer acquisition.

Develop and execute creative testing strategies for video ads, static creatives, hooks, offers, and audiences.

Analyze campaign performance, including ROAS, CPA, CTR, CPM, CPC, conversion rates, and purchase volume.

Identify underperforming campaigns and take timely corrective action.

Scale winning campaigns while controlling acquisition costs and protecting profitability.

Monitor campaign performance daily and adjust budgets, targeting, placements, and campaign structures as needed.

Collaborate with video editors and the creative team to develop new advertising angles and improve creative performance.

Review funnel performance, landing pages, product pages, and conversion data to identify opportunities for improvement.

Track performance accurately and maintain organized campaign documentation.

Provide regular performance reports with results, insights, actions taken, and next steps.

Stay updated on Meta advertising policies, platform changes, and effective eCommerce advertising strategies.

Requirements

Proven experience managing Meta advertising campaigns for eCommerce brands.

Demonstrated ability to improve campaign performance and scale winning campaigns.

Strong understanding of direct-response marketing and paid social advertising.

Experience with creative testing frameworks and performance-driven video ads.

Strong analytical skills and confidence interpreting advertising data.

Understanding of Shopify sales data, attribution, tracking, and conversion measurement.

Ability to manage budgets responsibly and make decisions based on data.

Clear communication, accountability, and proactive problem-solving.

Ability to work independently and take ownership of campaign performance.

Performance Expectations

We expect the media buyer to:

Establish clear campaign performance baselines and measurable targets.

Monitor and optimize campaigns consistently.

Test new creatives and advertising angles systematically.

Explain what is working, what is not, and why.

Make recommendations backed by data rather than assumptions.

Take responsibility for campaign management, reporting, and continuous improvement.

Performance will be evaluated based on profitable growth, acquisition efficiency, testing discipline, reporting quality, and execution.

Compensation

$1,500 USD per month.

This is intended to be a long-term position for someone who can demonstrate strong performance, ownership, and measurable impact.

How to Apply

Please answer the following questions in your application:

How many years of experience do you have managing Facebook and Instagram ads for ---------- brands?

What is the largest monthly advertising budget you have personally managed?

What ROAS and CPA results have you achieved? Please provide context and evidence where possible.

Have you managed Shopify-based stores? Which product categories and markets have you worked with?

Explain how you test new creatives and determine when to scale or stop an ad.

Which tracking and analytics tools have you used, such as Meta Pixel, Conversions API, Google Analytics, or Triple Whale?

Share examples of campaigns you have managed, including your specific responsibilities and measurable results. You may redact confidential information.

Confirm your availability and whether you accept the $1,500 monthly budget.

Important: We are looking for a hands-on media buyer with verifiable experience, strong analytical thinking, and a proven ability to manage campaigns responsibly. Generic applications without specific examples of previous results will not be prioritized.
