Allipse Marketing Management owns and operates multiple direct-to-consumer brands in the US market, specializing in health, beauty, and wellness. We sell products that solve real problems for real customers.
Now we're looking for a Media Buyer to take ownership of our Facebook ad campaigns — managing setup, testing, optimization, and scaling to drive profitable growth.

About the Role
We're looking for a Media Buyer who can turn ad spend into profit. You'll manage Facebook ad campaigns across our portfolio of brands — launching creatives, analyzing data, and scaling what works.
You'll work closely with our creative team (video editors, designers, copywriters) to test new angles and iterate on winners. If you're data-driven, understand direct response, and have a track record of scaling campaigns profitably, this one's for you.

What You'll Own
Strategize, build, and manage Facebook ad campaigns from setup to scale
Launch and test creatives, audiences, placements, and offers
Analyze KPIs (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, AOV, LTV) and optimize accordingly
Manage budgets and scale winning campaigns while maintaining profitability
Collaborate with the creative team on new hooks, angles, and ad concepts
Use spreadsheets and dashboards to track performance and report trends
Manage multiple campaigns and ad accounts simultaneously
Stay ahead of platform changes, policies, and algorithm updates
Test new offers, landing pages, and funnels

Who You Are
2+ years experience running Facebook ads for ---------- ----------
Proven track record of managing and scaling campaigns profitably
Deep understanding of performance KPIs, tracking, and optimization logic
Experience with offer testing, split testing, and funnel optimization
Analytical, organized, and data-driven
Understanding of direct response principles and what makes ads convert
Clear communicator who can collaborate with creative teams
Comfortable managing significant daily ad spend
Bonus:
Experience in health, beauty, or wellness verticals
TikTok or Google Ads experience
Copywriting skills or understanding of ad copy that converts
