What You'll Do:
Launch, manage, and optimize Meta ad campaigns daily across
Test new creatives, hooks, audiences, and offers on a weekly basis
Manage budgets and scale winning campaigns profitably
Analyze performance data and report on key metrics (ROAS, CPA, CTR, AOV)
Collaborate with the founder on creative strategy and ad copy direction
Build and manage retargeting and lookalike audience strategies
Stay on top of Meta policy compliance (health/supplement niche — this matters)
Help develop the overall paid acquisition strategy as we scale
You're a Great Fit If:
You have 1+ years of hands-on experience buying Meta ads for DTC/e-commerce brands
You've managed $100K+/month in ad spend profitably
You understand the health/supplement space and Meta's ad policies around it
You're comfortable with creative strategy — not just media buying
You know how to read data and make fast decisions based on it
You have experience with Shopify, and ideally with tools like Triple Whale, Hyros, or similar attribution platforms
You're self-motivated and can work independently without being micromanaged
Bonus Points:
Experience in the children's supplement or family/parenting niche
Familiarity with UGC-style creative and native ad formats
