-Communicating clearly about problems, updates, and improvements
-Launching testing campaigns 6 days per week
-Coordinating with our product manager to keep campaign launches organized
-Occasionally checking >Facebook comments, replying when appropriate, or hiding comments when needed

Requirements

We are looking for someone who:

-Has experience with Meta Business Manager and Facebook advertising systems
-Understands how to manage and organize Facebook setups effectively
-Is highly organized and detail-oriented
-Is comfortable working inside Google Sheets
-Can follow SOPs but also think independently
-Communicates proactively
-Can solve problems without needing constant guidance
-Has experience in ecommerce or performance marketing operations
-Is looking for a long-term, stable role and wants to grow with the team

Bonuses will be given based on hitting KPIs, including campaign launching speed.

We are looking for someone who wants job security, stability, and long-term growth. If you are reliable, organized, and committed, this can become a secure role for many years.
