JOB OVERVIEW

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are recruiting a Facebook Lead Generation and Engagement Assistant to work across four aligned UK-based businesses under one umbrella family ownership.

This is a conversation-led role, not a simple posting position.

Your responsibility is to start genuine conversations in Facebook groups and ---------- , build trust, and guide suitable people towards booking a discovery call or agreeing to a low-level initial sale where appropriate.

If you enjoy written communication, understand people, and know how to move conversations forward without pressure, this role will suit you very well.

We are looking for someone who wants a long-term position, not short-term freelance work.

HOURS

Month 1: 30 hours per week
This initial period focuses on onboarding, training, learning the businesses, tone of voice, systems, and processes.

From Month 2: 40 hours per week
Full-time hours once training is complete and performance is confirmed.

PAY

Month 1 (30 hours per week):
$637.50 USD for the month

From Month 2 (40 hours per week):
$850 USD per month basic salary

BONUS STRUCTURE

In addition to the base salary, you will earn a monthly performance bonus based on qualified leads.

A qualified lead is someone who meets criteria, books a discovery call, and attends the call.

Bonus structure:
First 10 qualified calls attended: $8 per call
Calls 11–20: $10 per call
Calls 21 and above: $12 per call

Bonuses are paid monthly and reward quality conversations, not spam activity.

PROGRESSION OPPORTUNITIES

This is a growing role.

High performers may progress to:
Senior Lead Generation Specialist
Team Lead or Trainer
Expanded responsibilities across the group of businesses

We prefer to promote from within and build long-term tea ---------- mbers.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

Posting content in Facebook groups and pages using ---------- -written content and content you create.

Monitoring comments and responding in a human, brand-appropriate way.

Engaging on other people’s posts in relevant Facebook groups to start conversations.

Managing Facebook ---------- and guiding conversations towards an appropriate next step.

Working across four businesses while maintaining the correct tone and positioning for each.

Tracking conversations, outcomes, and booked calls using Google Sheets or Excel, following a clear SOP.

Working to daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Strong experience with Facebook lead generation, specifically comments and DM conversations.

Excellent written English with empathy, clarity, and good judgment.

Comfortable guiding people towards a discovery call without being pushy.

Organised, reliable, and comfortable using spreadsheets and tracking systems.

Able to learn tone of voice and represent multiple brands professionally.

LinkedIn experience is a bonus, but Facebook experience is essential.

IMPORTANT

This role is not suitable for people who only post content and avoid conversations.

It is not suitable for people who are uncomfortable with sales outcomes.

Conversation quality matters more than volume.
