We are a growing digital marketing agency helping fitness and wellness businesses get more clients using content, automation, and AI systems.

We are looking for a reliable Virtual Assistant to help manage Facebook & Instagram content, outreach (DMs), and AI video support.

???? RESPONSIBILITIES
Content (Facebook + Instagram):
Post content consistently
Repurpose content for both platforms
Perform basic video editing (CapCut or similar)
Maintain a structured posting schedule

Outreach:
Send ---------- on Facebook and Instagram
Start conversations with potential clients
Follow simple scripts and frameworks
Track leads in Google Sheets
Help book calls when prospects show interest

AI Video (Bonus):
Assist with creating short-form videos using AI tools
Follow prompts to generate content
Support content creation workflow

? REQUIREMENTS
Experience with Facebook & Instagram
Comfortable sending DMs and starting conversations
Strong written English (natural, human tone)
Organized and detail-oriented
Reliable and consistent (very important)
Able to follow systems and instructions

? BIG PLUS
Experience with outreach or lead generation
Familiar with AI video tools (InVideo, Pictory, CapCut AI, etc.)
Experience with CRM tools (GoHighLevel, etc.)
Understanding of basic sales conversations

???? POSITION DETAILS
Part-time (10–15 hours/week to start)
Flexible schedule
Opportunity to grow into a full-time

???? PAY
$3.50–$4.50/hour (based on experience)
Performance bonuses for booked calls

???? IMPORTANT

This role is not just about posting content.
You must be comfortable with both content AND outreach (DM conversations).

Consistency and communication are required.
