JOB OVERVIEW

Pay: Starting at $5/hour + performance bonuses and commissions

TDY Hero is looking for a detail-oriented marketing specialist to help grow our brand awareness and generate leads through Facebook groups.

Responsibilities:

Identify relevant Facebook groups and manage membership requests.
Document each group's rules and posting requirements.
Contact group administrators when needed to request approval and introduce our affiliate program, including commissions and bonuses.
Organize hundreds of groups into a posting calendar, with approximately one post per month per group.
Publish compliant, engaging posts that drive traffic and leads to our website.
Protect our brand reputation and follow all group rules.

Requirements:
PROACTIVE Individual!
Strong English communication skills.
Comfortable using Facebook and Meta Business Suite.
Highly organized and able to manage a large number of groups and deadlines.
Professional, persistent, and respectful when communicating with group administrators.

Compensation: Starting at $5/hour, with additional bonuses and commissions based on group acquisition, posting accuracy, and results.

Our goal: Build brand awareness and generate qualified leads for TDY Hero through consistent, organized Facebook group outreach.
