JOB OVERVIEW

Alex Kaplan Photography is looking for up to two part time people to help us find potential clients inside Facebook groups.

We are an established New Jersey and New York photography company with more than 30 years of experience and hundreds of five star reviews.

This is not a paid advertising or content creation position.

Your job is to monitor specific Facebook groups, find people actively looking for a photographer, respond quickly, start real conversations and track every opportunity.

HOURS AND PAY

The pay is $5 USD per hour, paid weekly.

You will be scheduled for 15 to 20 paid hours per week.

We need coverage between 8:00 AM and 11:00 PM Eastern Time, especially during weekday afternoons, evenings and weekends.

In your application, list your exact availability in Eastern Time for every day. Do not just write “flexible.”

Philippine Time is currently 12 hours ahead of Eastern Time, so some available hours will be overnight or early morning in the Philippines. Make sure you understand the conversion before applying.

The first two weeks will be a paid trial.

We are also testing which hours produce the best opportunities. After four weeks, we may propose a schedule adjustment based on the results. We will make sure the revised hours work for you before making any change.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

1. Monitor our approved Facebook groups.

2. Find people actively requesting a photographer.

3. Respond to fresh opportunities quickly, ideally within 15 minutes.

4. Write a personal public comment and send a private message when group rules allow it.

5. Follow up with people who respond.

6. Send interested prospects to our client services team.

7. Log every legitimate opportunity in the Google Form we provide.

8. At the beginning of your shift, review posts made since the last team member finished working.

All work, including reviewing older posts, must be completed during paid hours. If you cannot finish during your shift, notify the team before working additional time.
