# Facebook & Google Ads Specialist

### About Us

Apex Agent Pro is looking for a results-driven Facebook & Google Ads Specialist to help create, launch, optimize, and scale advertising campaigns across multiple industries.

We're not looking for someone who simply knows how to click buttons. We're looking for a marketer who understands strategy, lead generation, conversion optimization, tracking, and how to turn ad spend into revenue.

### Responsibilities

* Create and manage Facebook & Instagram advertising campaigns
* Create and manage Google Search, Display, and YouTube campaigns
* Develop lead generation strategies
* Build and optimize conversion funnels
* Set up and manage tracking, pixels, and conversion events
* Analyze campaign performance and make data-driven optimizations
* Conduct audience research and targeting
* Create ad copy and provide creative direction
* Improve lead quality and reduce cost per lead
* Generate detailed performance reports

### Required Experience

Candidates must have experience with:

* Meta Ads Manager
* Facebook & Instagram Advertising
* Google Ads
* Google Tag Manager
* Google Analytics
* Conversion Tracking
* Lead Generation Campaigns
* Landing Page Optimization
* A/B Testing
* Retargeting Campaigns

### Preferred Experience

Bonus points if you have experience with:
