JOB OVERVIEW

We are building a high-growth Facebook page focused on engaging, relatable, and emotionally compelling content.

The goal is to create short-form videos that:

Get high views
Hold attention
Drive shares and comments

This is not a basic posting role.
We are looking for someone who understands how to make content perform.

What you will do:
Find and source engaging video content
Edit videos for maximum retention (hooks, pacing, subtitles)
Create simple but strong captions
Post consistently (multiple times per day)
Identify what performs and repeat winning formats

What we are looking for:
Someone who understands why videos go viral
Experience with short-form video (Facebook, TikTok, Reels)
Strong instinct for hooks and audience psychology
Ability to work fast and test content at volume

Why it performed well
What specifically made people keep watching

This will be a salaried position with a performance based bonus system in place. We are passionate about rewarding our team as we grow.
