JOB OVERVIEW

I own a very large monetized facebook page. I post videos I film and edit of myself fishing and spearfishing. Currently it generates around 500 million views per month and has millions of followers. I am looking for someone to help me generate content for the page. I have around 200 full length Youtube videos of myself fishing and spearfishing that I have not yet clipped into shorts. They could be downloaded and clipped, or I also have the raw footage that could be reedited into shorts. My facebook page is currently monetized for photos as well. Screen shots could be taken from the edits or from the raw footage, text could be overlayed, the possibilities are limitless. AI could be used to clip or generate content as well. I post 24 times a day currently and am able to post more as content is available. I will continue to film and generate more content all the time. The right candidate could have a full time job for years to come. I am looking for a mix of content to be generated. Photos with text. 10- 30 second raw viral style vertical clips. 60-90 second catch and cook reels with captions. And potentially fully AI generated content. Anything of quality that gets and holds attention. I am open to performance based bonuses for viral content as well as a base salary. I am open to hiring multiple qualified individuals. I am open to suggestions on how best to repurpose my catalogue of long form and raw content into short form content.
