JOB OVERVIEW

We’re looking for a part-time assistant to help manage our Facebook coaching community, support our leads, and keep our coaching calendar organized.

This role is ideal for someone who has experience with Facebook groups, online coaching communities, lead generation, sales conversations, and client follow-up. GHL experience is helpful, but it is not the main focus of this role.

Responsibilities include:

Managing and engaging inside our >Facebook community
Starting and continuing DM conversations with potential clients
Tracking new leads and making sure they are properly added into our CRM
Following up with people who have shown interest in our coaching offers
Helping book and manage consult calls on the calendar
Reminding paying clients about upcoming coaching calls
Uploading coaching call replays into our community platform
Keeping systems, leads, conversations, and client communication organized
Bringing ideas to improve engagement, follow-up, and community experience

Qualifications:

Experience with Facebook groups or online communities
Comfortable starting conversations and following up with leads
Sales, lead generation, or appointment-setting experience is preferred
Exceptional English, both written and verbal
Strong attention to detail
Highly organized and comfortable managing a calendar
Takes initiative and brings new ideas
Positive energy and a great attitude
GHL experience is an asset, but not required
A desire to grow with an empowering and collaborative VA team
