HIRING: AI Video Editor — Pet Brand / Full-Time, Remote

WHAT YOU WILL BUILD HERE
— A deep understanding of what makes a Meta ad actually work — hooks, pacing, retention, emotion, conversion
— A workflow built around AI tools that most editors are still figuring out
— A portfolio of ads that have actually run, actually spent, and actually converted
— The ability to look at a script and know — before the data — whether it will perform
— A long-term role with a brand that's scaling, which means your responsibilities grow as we grow

WHAT YOU WILL DO
— Edit performance ads for Meta: UGC, talking-head, product demo, VSL
— Work from scripts and briefs — winner variants or from scratch
— Use AI tools daily: HeyGen, ElevenLabs, Kling, Higgsfield, Sora, Veo
— Deliver as many concepts as possible per week while maintaining quality standard
— Iterate on winners based on performance data and bring fresh ideas to the team

WHO THIS IS FOR
— You have at least 2 year of experience editing video ads for e-commerce brands
— You already use AI tools in your workflow and want to go deeper
— You want to understand why ads work, not just how to cut them
— You're looking for a stable, long-term role — not another short gig
— You're fluent in English and communicate clearly
