We’re Hiring a
We’re looking for a sharp, performance-driven video editor who knows how to create ads that stop the scroll and convert.
This role is focused entirely on
What you’ll be editing
Short-form ad creatives in 9:16 format.
UGC style ads, testimonials, problem-solution formats, and product demos.
Videos typically 15–45 seconds, optimized for Meta feeds and reels.
Footage will include creator content, product shots, and supplied assets.
What we’re looking for
Strong understanding of Meta ad creatives and what makes ads convert.
Ability to create strong hooks in the first 2–3 seconds.
Clean, fast pacing with captions, overlays, and pattern interrupts.
Experience editing ads that have actually been run, not just “portfolio” edits.
Comfortable testing multiple variations from the same footage.
Bonus if you have
Experience editing for DTC or e-commerce brands.
Understanding of A/B testing creatives.
Ability to follow creative briefs and iterate quickly based on performance feedback.
