JOB OVERVIEW

READ THIS FIRST:
This role is ONLY for experienced Facebook Ads specialists.
If you have not actively managed real ad accounts with real spend, do not apply.

We will immediately reject applications without proof of experience.

About the Role

We manage Facebook & Instagram agent recruiting campaigns for real estate brokerages across the U.S.

These are NOT buyer or seller ads.

These campaigns generate:
Agent applications
Booked recruiting calls

If you’ve only run ecommerce ads, boosted posts, or test campaigns for practice — this role is not for you.

Your Responsibilities
Launch and manage Facebook & Instagram recruiting campaigns
Work inside a fully built system (funnels, CRM, automations already done)

Set up and manage:
Campaigns, ad sets, creatives
Lead forms or landing page traffic
Basic retargeting
Monitor performance daily:
Cost per lead (CPL)
Cost per booked call
Lead quality feedback
Make data-driven optimizations only
Follow SOPs exactly — no freelancing, no experimenting on live accounts

NON-NEGOTIABLE REQUIREMENTS

Do NOT apply unless ALL are true:
You have 2+ years of hands-on Facebook Ads experience
You have managed live ad accounts with real budgets
You are confident inside Meta Ads Manager

You understand:
Campaign structure
Budget scaling
Creative testing
You can provide screenshots or proof of past campaigns
You can follow instructions without constant supervision

If you are:
A beginner
Self-taught but inexperienced
Looking for training
“Learning Facebook Ads”
? This role will not work for you.

Strong Advantages (Not Required, But Preferred)
Real estate advertising experience
Recruiting or lead-generation ads (jobs, agents, services)
Experience with GoHighLevel
Experience managing 10+ campaigns simultaneously

Compensation
$800/month (flat)
Performance-based raises (earned, not promised)

Long-term, stable workload
Opportunity to grow into a senior execution role

How To Apply

Applications without proof will be ignored.

Include:
A brief summary of your Facebook Ads experience
Screenshots or examples of real campaigns you’ve managed
A clear answer to this question:
What is the FIRST thing you check when a campaign’s CPL suddenly doubles?
One-sentence answers = rejection.
