YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES / TASKS (META MEDIA BUYER)
------------------------
- You’ll own paid acquisition on Meta
- Translate revenue targets into Meta budgets, testing plans, and pacing
- Build and manage account structures: Advantage+ Shopping (ASC), Broad/CBO, and retargeting
- Launch, monitor, and scale creative tests (hooks, formats, ratios) with clear success criteria
- Partner with our Creative Strategist to brief UGC concepts and provide data-driven feedback
- Maintain tracking hygiene: Pixel + CAPI QA, UTMs, naming conventions, exclusions
- Optimize to CAC/MER targets; reallocate spend to winners; control frequency and fatigue
- Report daily on spend vs. plan, CAC, MER contribution, CTR, CVR, and top performing ads
- Run offer/landing/placement experiments; document changes and learnings in a changelog
- Keep us policy-safe and brand-safe; moderate ad comments to protect CVR
- Key KPIs you’ll influence: CAC (Meta), MER contribution, New Customer Revenue, CTR (outbound), CVR, CPM, Frequency, AOV.

REQUIREMENTS

- High-speed, reliable internet
- Fluent, excellent written English (very important for comms and ad copy tweaks)
- Hands-on Meta buying experience for DTC brands (managing $10k–$50k+/mo preferred)
- Recent experience with ASC, Broad CBO, and retargeting structures
- Comfortable with Pixel + CAPI setup/QA (Shopify experience is a plus)
- Strong grasp of creative testing (hooks, first frames, formats) and how it impacts CAC
- Advanced understanding of UTMs, naming conventions, audiences, exclusions, and frequency control
- Fast, proactive operator with same-day actions when performance shifts
- Performance-driven mindset: you know how to diagnose CPM/CTR/CVR issues and fix them
- Nice to have: Triple Whale/Northbeam/GA4 familiarity
