We are a small but growing automotive digital marketing agency located in Detroit, Michigan. Our company is in need of a full-time Facebook Ads Manager to assist with day-to-day Facebook Ads account and campaign management.

Is your English good enough to do the job, but not perfect?
Do you have agency experience where you managed 20+ Meta Ads accounts at the same time?
Are your Meta Ads sharper than most of the people who tell you to "polish your CV"?

We don't care if your English isn't perfect. We care if your Meta Ads are.
What we're looking for:

- Proven Meta Ads experience launching and optimizing campaigns
- Obsession with the data, the creative, the offer, and the angle
- English proficiency required
- You test hooks, creatives, audiences, and landing pages constantly
- You can show me a result, not just a resume
- Google Tag Manager experience (if you do not have GTM experience, do not apply)
